Why you should drink water after a massage?

It is also a big problem nowadays, that people simply forgot to drink on a daily basis. The minimum amount you should drink a day is 2 liter of water! If you are more active, it can be easily 2-3 times more!

Back to the topic, so why you have to be even more alert to drink after a massage?! First of all, massage makes dehydrated. Working on the muscles gets the water out of the tissue into your circulation system. After that, it will head towards your kidneys, that is why so many people have to pee after a good massage. It can be easily seen that it is necessary to „refill” yourself with water or a good mineral drink.
